Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (CM) to support the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at Bay Pines VAMC in Tampa, FL. This role involves full-time, on-site construction oversight during General Contractor operations to modernize healthcare infrastructure associated with Electronic Health Records.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction management. This position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• OSHA 30 certification within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management services and coordinate submittal reviews.
• Review submittals on behalf of the VHA to ensure compliance.
• Document and track Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Perform inspections of construction work.
