• Construction Administration Professionals may substitute with additional experience.
• Advanced knowledge of construction materials and installation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management services including submittal management.
• Review project schedules and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and document defects and omissions.
