Job summary

UnionMain Homes is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the home-building process from permitting to delivery and warranty. You will supervise trade partners, ensure safety, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with customers, sales, purchasing, and regulators on the jobsite.

Responsibilities include enforcing compliance, sequencing materials, and representing UnionMain Homes to inspectors and customers, ensuring high standards and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of home construction and building practices.
• Ability to read and implement adjustments to architectural/structural blueprints.
• Familiar with BuildPro and Hyphen software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises and coordinates construction including quality control and safety.
• Manages trade partners and consultants; inspects work and approves payment for acceptable work and materials.
• Manages contract adherence and provides input on trade partner selection.
• Oversees safety for self and UnionMain employees; takes action on violations.
• Manages work against benchmarks and timetables to ensure on schedule and on budget.
• Plans and coordinates starts; adjusts schedules for field conditions to meet company goals.
• Manages home-building process from permitting to delivery and first-year warranty.
• Implements Jobsite compliance programs and monitors trade partner compliance with scopes and regulations.
• Acts as UnionMain’s primary representative on the Jobsite with third parties.
• Manages daily logistics of the site to ensure contractors work harmoniously; sequences deliveries and verifies prior work.
• Communicates with sales, purchasing, homeowners, consultants, trades, and building officials to execute the process.
