Corner Property Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Community Association Manager to oversee a beautiful community in Wildwood. The role requires strong managerial, operational, and leadership abilities, with in-depth knowledge of association governance, policies, and procedures.

You will coordinate with the Board, vendors, and staff to address community needs and ensure smooth operation under the Board's direction.

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Strong financial knowledge with ability to read and create spreadsheets, flow charts and graphs.
Experience in contract negotiation and facility management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Mansioni

Supervise operation and administration of the Association per policies.
Liaise with the Board of Trustees and homeowners.
Direct administrative and management duties as requested by the Board.
Develop and utilize management tools (calendar, budgets, procurement procedures).
Review financial reports and provide a management summary to the Board.
Oversee major capital expenditures and vendor performance.
Monitor delinquency rates and collections processes.
Attend Board meetings and community events as needed.
Prepare Board packages and ensure legal actions are communicated.
Maintain files, assist with architectural reviews, and update resident data.
Oversee AP processes and general staff supervision.
Coordinate facility inspections and follow-up actions.
