This role involves setting up and operating filling machines and related equipment, performing changeovers, conducting quality checks, documenting production, and adhering to GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production lines in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of equipment.
• Commitment to GMP, safety procedures, and 5S standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production line operations to ensure safety and quality.
• Set up, operate, and perform changeovers on filling machines and related equipment.
• Manage line startups/shutdowns and maintain production documentation accurately.
• Conduct in-line quality checks and first article inspections to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with leads and supervisors to maintain a positive, productive environment.
