Allan Myers, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects from our regional office, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will collaborate with the project team to deliver complex infrastructure with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include planning, cost control, team leadership, and compliance with safety programs and standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years construction experience, with at least 1 year supervising.
• Heavy civil construction experience is preferred.
• FE/PE certification desirable; OSHA 30 hour required; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develops plans and schedules for constructing the project with the Superintendent and Project Team.
• Maximizes production, guarantees quality, minimizes costs, and promotes safety to ensure project success.
• Ensures that all work and materials meet Allan Myers standards and contract specs.
• Monitors, directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to maintain schedule and budget.
• Manages project cost and profitability; maintains monthly project P&L statements.
• Encourages teamwork, communication, and employee development with direct reports.
• Maintains high client satisfaction through timely communication and responsive service.
• Implements and monitors Allan Myers Safety Program and regulatory compliance.
• Supervises Superintendents, Senior Project Engineers, Project Engineers, and Field Engineers.
