Edwin Shaw Rehabilitation Hospital in Copley, OH, is seeking an on-site Human Resources Manager to lead the hospital's HR operations, partner with the enterprise HR team, and support caregivers, leaders, and operations.

The role focuses on payroll coordination, benefits, talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, and building a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Two or more years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR applications.

Responsabilidades

• Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level.
• Partner with HR Shared Services to support payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and data.
• Serve as trusted advisor for employees and leaders.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulatory standards.
• Act as local expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes.
• Support employee relations with professionalism and discretion.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
• Provide insights to shape HR strategy at hospital level.
