On-Site GSOC Operator - Physical Security (Administrative)

Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst - Physical Security

Work Environment: PREMIER CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS (This is not a remote or cybersecurity position)

Metro One is seeking a highly qualified GSOC Analyst with experience in physical security to perform core functions within the GSOC. The analyst will collaborate with teams across the security organization and broader business to understand requirements, deliver analysis, and provide insights to stakeholders. The role involves assessing, identifying, and reporting risks to ensure the safety of personnel, facilities, and assets globally. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate global threats and associated risks.
  • Monitor reports and data sources to detect potential threats affecting client operations.
  • Collaborate to create daily situation reports supporting the client's global operations.
  • Generate analytical reports and presentations with findings and recommendations for management.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and coordinate responses per established standards.
Pay Range and Benefits:
  • $26/hour

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Monitor access control systems and resolve alarms.
  • Ensure continuous security surveillance via camera monitoring.
  • Facilitate escalation notifications and emergency messaging.
  • Maintain safety of customers, premises, and assets.
  • Report incidents related to political unrest, crime, terrorism, weather, or technical issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and timely incident response.
  • Manage physical security and access control at designated sites.
  • Analyze evolving situations using tools like OSINT.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with report-writing ability.
  • Logical reasoning skills for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with computer systems (Microsoft Office, social media monitoring, etc.).
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot risk issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, including escalation to senior management.
  • Willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Guard card or ability to obtain one.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a security or SOC analyst preferred.
  • Knowledge of access control systems like Lenel is a plus.
