Job summary

Onward Search is seeking a **Graphic Designer** for a temp-to-perm on-site position to create digital, print, social media, trade show, and marketing assets for various B2B and B2C brands. You will execute creative direction, manage deadlines, and collaborate with creative and project teams.

The role requires 5–8 years of graphic design experience and advanced proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, plus strong production design and layout skills. Independence and agency experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong production design and layout skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines in an agency or client-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Design social media graphics, marketing collateral, trade show materials, and print assets.
• Execute creative direction from leadership and senior designers.
• Perform photo retouching, image cleanup, and production design.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborate with project management and creative teams using Teamwork software.
