Job summary

icreatives, based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, seeks a Temp Graphic Designer to join the team on-site and deliver fresh, on-brand visuals across print, digital, social, web, and video projects. You will work with the creative team to develop concepts, designs, and solutions that meet tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of design experience, expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, and a proven ability to produce print and digital collateral.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience in-house or at an agency.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint.
• Experience across digital, social, print, marketing materials, proposals, and PowerPoint decks.
• Ability to work independently or in a collaborative environment and meet deadlines.
• Ideal candidate holds Associate degree in graphic design; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to print, digital, social, web, and video projects.
• Design brochures and collateral using established templates and brand standards.
• Create social media and digital graphics sized for each platform.
• Format and update PowerPoint presentations, including Claude-powered automation.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency and support team workflows.
• Own quality control: proofing, asset management, and asset release.

A national leader with a specialty in engineering services seeks a talented Temp Graphic Designer to work onsite in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area.

The temp graphic designer is innovative, hardworking, loves creative collaboration, and is comfortable contributing creative concepts, designs, problem-solving, and design solutions. You will align with their creative team, contributing to print, digital, social, web, and video projects.

Qualifications/Responsibilities

• Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience in an in-house or agency team environment.


• Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), PowerPoint


• Strong design, layout, typography, and creative problem-solving and print production skills


• Design experience - digital, social media, print, marketing materials, proposals, and PowerPoint presentations


• Ability to work both independently as a contributor and in a collaborative environment


• Experience working with a Project/Traffic Manager to ensure deadlines are met and setting priorities


• Able to design brochures and collateral using established templates and brand standards


• Create social media and digital graphics sized and optimized for each platform


• Format and update PowerPoint presentations, including through Claude-powered automation


• Use AI tools to work more efficiently and support team workflows


• Own the quality control process - proofing, reviewing job requests, digital asset management, and asset release


• Strong and effective communication and problem-solving skills


• Attention to detail, teamwork, and time management


• At ease and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.


• Ability to follow branding/style guides


• Deadline-driven, working with project/traffic managers with strong production, quality control, and proofing skills


• Minimum: Associate degree in graphic design or related field. Ideally, a Bachelor's degree

• Industry background or experience in engineering, construction, survey, landscape architecture, or architecture

Salary is $30/hr - $35/hr, based on experience.

This is a temp onsite opportunity working in the Palm Beach Gardens FL area. REMOTE work is not available.
