You will balance strong craft with fast turnaround to ship visuals that feel warm and approachable, reflecting healthcare in a human-centered way.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing range across brand, marketing, and print work.
• Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Sharp eye for type, layout, and detail.
• Fast, organized and calm with multiple deadlines.
• Bonus: illustration, motion, basic video, or photography skills.

Responsibilities

• Design across the brand and marketing channels.
• Create marketing assets, social graphics, decks, one-pagers, ads, and web visuals.
• Design end-to-end event collateral: flyers, signage, banners, menus, swag.
• Shape and maintain the visual system and templates.
• Ensure consistency across print and digital formats.
• Collaborate with brand, events and marketing to translate ideas into visuals.
• Deliver work with strong craft and fast turnaround.
