Job summary

Gondola is seeking a graphic design intern for the Jacksonville Jaguars for the 2026 season. This position will focus on creating designs for our Sponsorship Sales and Partnerships teams, providing valuable, hands-on experience in the professional sports industry.

Interns will learn how to develop visual communications and manage various projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. This is an in-person internship located in Jacksonville, FL, and candidates must be able to work during nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship or have graduated within 18 months.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe design software is required.
• Candidates must be team players able to collaborate and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create designs for sponsorship sales and partnerships.
• Manage project flow and deliverables on time.
• Translate design direction into mock-ups for various projects.
