Job summary

Roman Health Pharmacy LLC is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide on-site behavioral health services in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across South Arkansas. Location: Camden & Prescott, Arkansas; Schedule: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) with compensation around $75,000+ annually.

The role offers credentialing support, administrative resources, an established patient caseload, and ongoing training to help focus on delivering quality behavioral health care.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, psychologist or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently in facility-based environments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working on-site.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling services to nursing home residents
• Treat patients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment disorders, and other behavioral health concerns
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams
• Travel between assigned facilities as needed
• Participate in clinical meetings and support sessions
