Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. This on-site role partners with Occupational Therapists and a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans and promote independence and safety for older adults.

Qualifications

• Licensed/registered COTA in good standing.
• Experience delivering OT interventions in skilled nursing or post-acute settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with OTs and a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Complete timely documentation of sessions and progress.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home programs.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and the interdisciplinary team to implement plans.
