Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. This on-site role delivers evidence-based interventions to enhance functional independence, safety, and quality of life.

You will work closely with Occupational Therapists and an interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required.
• Experience serving seniors in skilled nursing/post-acute settings preferred.
• On-site role; strong clinical support and team collaboration expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence and safety.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans in coordination with OTs.
• Complete timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
