Lindsay Windows, LLC in Apple Valley, CA seeks an experienced General Manager to lead the facility's operations, people, production, customers, and sales. This on-site role requires strong leadership to balance day-to-day operations with long-term growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, preferably in building products, and will reside within about 40 minutes of the plant, with bilingual English/Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Experience leading a manufacturing facility or multi-functional team.
• Experience in building products or residential construction industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee local operations from quote through manufacturing, shipping, invoicing, and collection.
• Ensure safe, efficient, profitable operations while meeting customer commitments.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, quality, service, profitability.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability throughout the organization.
• Lead production planning, scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
