Job summary

Pivot Interiors seeks an On-Site Service Account Coordinator to manage furniture installations, quality control, and client communications on site in Fremont. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in PM/Business a plus.
• Experience coordinating on-site furniture installations or projects.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.
• Ability to read floor plans, blueprints, and installation specs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for client project managers and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate installation schedules with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
• Perform on-site reviews and quality checks to ensure specs are met.
• Identify and resolve installation issues and coordinate with teams to avoid delays.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Uphold safety regulations and company policies on site.
