Job summary

Norm Reeves Auto Group is seeking a Payroll Processor to compile and maintain payroll records, process paychecks, and support the payroll function across its dealerships. The role emphasizes accuracy, knowledge of state and federal laws, and collaboration with HR for leaves and benefits.

The position requires experience with ADP/CDK payroll systems, multi-location processing, and proficiency in Excel; UKG training and potential overtime are noted.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADP/CDK Payroll and Timekeeping System.
• Experience processing payroll for multiple dealerships/locations.
• Familiarity with bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Ability to learn UKG and automate worksheets.

Responsibilities

• Compiles payroll data such as hours worked; sales bonuses and commissions; taxes; benefits from time sheets and records.
• Updates master payroll records with changes in exemptions, insurance, and compensation.
• Computes wages and deductions and posts to payroll records.
• Prepares and issues paychecks and periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions.
• Processes pay for PTO, vacation and sick time and maintains balances.
• Interacts with HR for benefits and leaves and resolves payroll inquiries.
