Position Summary

Saint Mary's Catholic High School seeks a Full-Time Substitute Teacher who is committed to supporting the mission of Catholic education and creating a positive, engaging learning environment.

Reporting to the Principal and Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction, the successful candidate will provide classroom coverage across grade levels and subject areas, maintain continuity of instruction, uphold school policies, and foster positive relationships with students, faculty, and families.

The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, flexibility, sound judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to student success and Catholic values.

This is a full-time, on-campus position requiring effective communication, strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage responsibilities accurately and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Faith Leadership and Catholic Identity

  • Foster respectful, professional, and collaborative relationships with students, parents, faculty, staff, and administration.
