Job summary

Grace Company in Utah is seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to design, build, and scale modern software for our hardware-integrated products. This is a 100% on-site role working with engineering and product teams on frontend, backend, databases, cloud services, and hardware interfaces.

You will contribute across Flutter/Dart, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and related technologies, shaping architecture, performance, and user experience while collaborating with mechanical, electrical,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience developing both front end and backend software.
Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, data structures, application architecture, and debugging.
Experience building desktop, mobile, web, or cross platform applications.
Experience developing or integrating REST APIs.
Experience working with databases.
Experience with Git and modern version control workflows.
Ability to learn new languages, frameworks, and technologies as product needs evolve.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack software applications.
Build scalable front end and backend architectures.
Develop and integrate REST APIs and real time communication systems.
Design and work with databases and data models.
Integrate software with hardware and embedded systems.
Debug complex issues that may cross software, firmware, hardware, and network boundaries.
Optimize application performance across different devices and environments.
Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD, QA, and release processes.
Participate in feature planning, user story development, prototyping, and product testing.
Improve UI/UX through testing, feedback, and iteration.
Work directly with other engineering disciplines throughout the product development process.
Help establish scalable software practices as our products and development teams grow.
