Job summary

Alcott, a nonprofit organization in Los Angeles County, seeks an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across mental health and housing programs. You will partner with hiring managers, manage multiple requisitions, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining accurate HR records.

The role is on-site in Culver City, CA, with a standard 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule and a pay range of $30–$40 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least three years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience using an ATS/HRIS and online sourcing platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across programs and admin.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and timelines.
• Create inclusive postings communicating role, schedule, work setting, and pay range.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and HR systems.
