Renovation Brands is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to keep outbound operations moving. You will pick, pack, and ship orders daily, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality. This on-site role in Florence, AL reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and requires 2+ years in a warehouse setting with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

We value reliability and attention to detail, and offer a full-time shift (Mon-Fri, 1st shift). Training provided to meet daily shipping deadlines and SOP standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or fulfillment experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Stand and work on feet for extended periods.
• Basic computer and scanning proficiency.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to system instructions.
• Pack orders following defined packaging and quality standards.
• Prepare shipments using approved parcel carriers and shipping systems.
• Meet daily shipping deadlines and SLA requirements.
• Verify item accuracy, quantities, and condition prior to shipment.
• Report damaged product, shortages, or discrepancies immediately.
• Follow SOPs to minimize errors and rework.
• Assist with staging, organizing, and maintaining clean work areas.
• Support inbound receiving and put-away as needed.
