Vent Covers Unlimited & Madelyn Carter @ Renovation Brands is seeking a Fulfillment Associate for our Florence, AL warehouse. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy, while supporting daily outbound operations.

You should have 2+ years of warehouse experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work a 1st shift (M-F) in a full-time, on-site role. Training will cover SOPs and shipping procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or fulfillment experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Basic computer and scanning proficiency.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to system instructions.
• Pack orders following defined packaging and quality standards.
• Prepare shipments using approved parcel carriers and shipping systems.
• Meet daily shipping deadlines and SLA requirements.
