Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a mid-level FSR Analyst to transform complex, siloed data into actionable insights and operational workflows. This on-site role embeds with customer teams to understand data challenges and improve decision-making through a governed data platform.

You will translate operational questions into structured analyses, build workflows and visualizations, and collaborate with engineers to enhance data quality and trust while training users on

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data (SQL, Python, spreadsheets, or analytics tools).
• Ability to clearly communicate insights to diverse audiences.
• Comfort working directly with customers in fast-paced environments.
• Interest in applied analytics and operational problem-solving.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site with users to understand operational goals and data challenges.
