CGS Federal is seeking a mid-level FSR Analyst to transform complex, siloed data into actionable insights and operational workflows. Embedded on-site, you will help teams understand their data, improve decision-making, and embed analytics into daily operations using a governed data platform.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data (SQL, Python, spreadsheets, or analytics tools).
• Ability to clearly communicate insights to diverse audiences.
• Comfort working directly with customers in fast-paced environments.
• Interest in applied analytics and operational problem-solving.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site with users to understand operational goals and data challenges.
• Analyze complex datasets to support real-time and strategic decisions.
• Build analytical workflows, applications, and visualizations on top of integrated data.
• Translate ambiguous operational questions into structured analyses.
• Support live operations with timely, reliable insights.
