Job summary

Design Crete Inc. is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to lead field crews on floor coatings projects in the Sioux Falls area. You will manage daily installations and oversee every phase from surface prep to final seal, ensuring high-quality finishes and on-site safety.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience as a construction supervisor, foreman, or crew lead.
Strong understanding of concrete preparation and flooring processes.
Attention to finish quality and adherence to specifications.
Valid driver’s license; OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
Clear, proactive communication with clients and management.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site field crews and assign daily tasks to meet project timelines.
Oversee surface prep, grinding, shot-blasting, mixing, and coating applications.
Enforce safety standards, PPE usage, ventilation, and equipment handling.
Serve as primary on-site contact for clients, GCs, and PM team.
Address moisture, temperature, or equipment issues promptly on site.
