Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Arvada, Colorado, is seeking an Assembly & Test Technician Level 2 to assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex mechanical systems. You will work with engineering and production teams to support manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement on-site.

The role reports to the Production Supervisor and requires strict adherence to safety and quality standards while meeting customer specifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in assembly and test roles within a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years experience using test equipment such as pressure gauges, pumps, motors, fittings, and plugs.
• 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test mechanical systems per specifications and work instructions.
• Drill & tapping into carbon steel plates; operate overhead and jib cranes; mount components; bolt spools; route tubing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly and testing to ensure quality.
• Document test results and maintain accurate production records.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support process improvements.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
