Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies LLC in Irving, TX is seeking a Project Specialist I in Security and Life Safety to lead end-to-end technical execution of fire alarm and life safety systems on customer projects. You will perform database programming, commissioning, start-up, and on-site troubleshooting as a technical anchor with TOPS licensing requirements.

You will collaborate with design and sales teams, ensure code compliance, and deliver high-quality life safety solutions while supporting field

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years’ experience in Fire Alarm or Life Safety industry.
• Current Texas TOPS Security Alarm and Access Control licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide controls and graphics for sequences per design specs.
• Perform start up, commissioning, and point-to-point testing on panels.
• Support on-site with project teams and other contractors.
• Prepare commissioning documentation and backup software.
• Assist in turnover and on-site knowledge transfer.
