Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Familiar with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and CAS.
• MS Office/Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program management on assigned projects
• Project setup duties including cost center creation and WBS alignment, and monitoring all program expenditures
• Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries and revenue recognition under IFRS 15
• Prepare monthly contract status reports and coordinate meetings with each PM to review program financial data
• Complete monthly account reconciliations
• Monitor and reconcile all costs against project budgets
• Facilitate EAC forecasts and identify variances, risks, and opportunities
• Support weekly salient flash updates
• Support internal audit & financial control framework testing
• Prepare and report QBR and IBP forecasts and enter forecast data into Hyperion
• Assist with risks and opportunities charts
• Support proposal processes including Basis of Estimate development and cash flow analyses
• Support other ad hoc analyses and data requests
• Manage multiple assignments/projects
• Develop desktop procedures and lead process-improvement initiatives
