Leverage Mechanical Services is seeking a skilled machinist to perform field machining on client sites and support shop-based tasks. You will determine procedures, set up and operate various machines, and ensure precise dimensions with precision tools.

The role requires travel up to 60% to job sites, frequent exposure to industrial environments, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Machining experience preferred (1-3 years).
• Must be able to work in US.

Responsibilities

• Determine work procedures, machine tools, equipment, and attachments to be used for assigned work.
• Use of precision measuring instruments and equipment to attain accurate dimensions and maintain tolerances.
• Set up/operate machines including lathes, mills, drills, grinders, saws, etc.
• Perform field machining on client sites: pipe cutting and beveling, flange resurfacing, drilling and tapping, milling bases, line boring, etc.
• Travel requirements: 0% - 60% to job sites; work in plant environments with noise.
• Must wear safety equipment as required and be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
