Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or civil projects with focus on scheduling and coordination.
• Hands-on ability reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for civil/large-scale work.
• Knowledge of contracts management within the construction industry.
• Experience on construction sites with strong safety and site operations practices.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage site work schedules; oversee execution with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Coordinate site activities and communication across teams; manage materials and equipment.
• Review and verify construction drawings to ensure alignment with site conditions and requirements.
• Communicate with vendors and coordinate with parallel contractors for smooth project flow.
• Prepare and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports, plus meeting materials for reviews.
• Operate internal procurement systems and handle material requisitions.
• Assist with installation, removal, and inspection of on-site equipment and instrumentation.
