Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with JavaScript and Python development.
• Scripting or programming (Python or Bash) to automate and monitor systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the C3 AI Platform in the on-premises environment, maximizing uptime.
• Respond to incidents and outages, diagnose root causes, restore service, and document findings.
• Monitor system health and build alerting/automation to prevent recurrence.
• Plan and perform upgrades and patches using offline artifacts.
• Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and translate needs into requirements.
• Surface risks and work with product/engineering teams to improve quality.
• Occasionally travel to visit C3 AI offices or customer sites.
