Job summary

Bodwé Group Companies seeks a Construction Management Representative to support the National Park Service at the Presidio of San Francisco. The role requires onsite oversight, documentation, quality control, and contract administration for a bike path, roadway widening, and infrastructure upgrades.

The candidate should have a construction‑management background, OSHA 30 training, and experience with federal projects and schedule/cost reviews. Onsite work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Construction management certification or equivalent experience required.
• OSHA 30‑hour Safety Training completed or in scope of certification.
• Experience applying three‑phase quality control per federal standards.
• Ability to review submittals, schedules, and cost data for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, document progress, and communicate with government COR.
• Monitor daily construction activities and verify compliance with specs and safety standards.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and cost data; maintain logs and assist with closeout.
• Manage documentation in construction management software and track changes.
