Qualifications

• 4+ years manufacturing experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and some electrical/PLC skills.
• Ability to read standard/metric measurements.
• Able to stand/walk for long shifts; lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Clear and effective communication across organization.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment documents and work orders.
• Diagnose problems, replace/repair parts, test, and adjust until resolved.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage on-site work.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas following 5S standards.
