Super Radiator Coils is seeking a mechanically minded production operator for our Richmond facility. You will set up and run metal forming equipment on a fast-paced line, ensuring high precision and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of manufacturing experience with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and some electrical/PLC understanding.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to read equipment manuals or schematics.
• Excellent teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and facility equipment at main site and satellite sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment; respond to emergencies as needed.
• Read manuals and schematics to diagnose and fix faults; perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
