Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program with active license.
• Current CPR certification or eligibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and individuals served.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with IDD.
• Observe, assess, and evaluate health needs of people we support.
• Provide health-related training to unlicensed personnel.
• Administer medications and monitor treatment administration.
• Coordinate preventative care and schedule routine medical appointments.
• Perform nursing assessments and report abnormal findings to physician.
