• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility renovation, repair, replacement, and improvement projects from initiation through completion and closeout.
• Support projects involving restroom renovations, boiler replacements, mechanical systems, building infrastructure, equipment upgrades, and other physical improvements.
• Work closely with site teams, contractors, suppliers, vendors, and client stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
• Schedule vendor activities, site access, and progress checks.
• Conduct on-site project check-ins to monitor progress and identify potential issues, delays, or outstanding items.
• Maintain and update project plans, schedules, milestones, action items, and project documentation.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and external vendors through email, phone calls, meetings, and on-site discussions.
• Track project status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with resolving scheduling, vendor, site, and project-related issues.
• Ensure required project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project completion and closeout, ensuring outstanding work and documentation are completed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with the client, site teams, vendors, and other project partners.
