Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Construction Manager for an on-site role at a project site in Pecos, TX. You will oversee all project phases, ensure conformance with contract documents, and mentor junior engineers as part of a technical team.

Responsibilities include developing PMP plans, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating with the client and internal team to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architectural or related field from an accredited program.
• 5+ years’ experience in a construction related discipline.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop Project Management Plans (PMP) for assigned projects.
• Provide construction management oversight during all phases of the project.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Prepare and update cost estimates and budgets.
• Coordinate with client and project team; lead and mentor staff.
