Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of O&M/facilities management experience, including at least 5 years in a project management or supervisory role.
• Experience must include operating, managing, and supervising building mechanical maintenance for buildings of comparable size, complexity, and characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations and Maintenance/facilities maintenance services at the G. H. Mahon Federal Building/Courthouse, 1205 Texas Avenue, Lubbock, and surrounding areas (Midland, Amarillo, and San Angelo).
• Support a contract bid; offers will be contingent on contract award.
