Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support event operations, handling setup, transport, service, and breakdown for catering orders. You will work closely with the events team to ensure smooth guest experiences at each function.

Responsibilities include loading and delivering supplies, arranging banquet areas, and maintaining clean service spaces while following safety policies and procedures. Flexibility for event hours is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in catering settings.
• Prior catering experience is desirable.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Willingness to adhere to dress code requirements.
• Availability to work event-based hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests.
• Transport and deliver catering food, beverages, and supplies.
• Arrange chairs, tables, buffets, and other equipment per event orders.
• Replenish food and beverage during events to ensure service levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of service areas during events.
• Retrieve and tidy away deliveries after service ends.
• Break down and return equipment to storage after events.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout events.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
