Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• No prior experience in a dealer representative role required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented with a professional attitude towards responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble various types of equipment according to specifications and safety standards.
• Manage and write orders for products, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Provide detailed information and answer questions regarding products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment.
• Participate in inventory control, monitoring stock levels and suggesting orders when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service procedures.
• Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and company products.
• Offer feedback on workflow processes and make recommendations for improvements.
• Handle equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, minimizing downtime and operational delays.
• Respect company standards and compliance requirements at all times.
