Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist fabricators, welders, and machine operators with daily production activities.
• Move materials and finished products around the shop using hand tools or equipment.
• Perform general shop duties including cleaning, organizing work areas, and removing scrap materials.
• Support basic fabrication tasks such as measuring, cutting, grinding, and deburring materials.
• Read and follow blueprints and work orders to ensure production accuracy.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools and report any equipment issues.
