The successful candidate will have managerial experience in engineering, expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance practices, and will drive training programs for future reliability professionals. A full benefits package starting on day one is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years managerial experience.
• Experience with reliability tools such as Pareto analysis and FMEA.
• Ability to adapt to cultural change and manage conflict.

Responsibilities
