Job summary

CACI is seeking an End User Resource Specialist (Mid) to join our Arlington, VA team. The role provides intermediate on-site technical support for end users, computers, printers, tablets, and peripherals, and handles on-site installations and upgrades.

Applicants should have a high school diploma with six years of IT experience, plus two years of federal contract support. AD/Intune and ITSM tools like Remedy or ServiceNow are preferred; DHS HQ EOD clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and minimum six years’ relevant IT experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supporting a federal contract.
• Experience with Windows 11, Active Directory/Intune, and ITSM tools such as Remedy or ServiceNow.
• Ability to obtain a DHS HQ EOD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with customers, colleagues, and resources to understand issues.
• Responds to service calls in a timely manner.
• Performs intermediate installations and system tests; troubleshoots onsite.
• Provides surge support to other teams as needed.
• Handles on-site installations and changes; reviews site requirements.
