Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an EUS NEO Technician to support DHS in the National Capital Region. The role involves on-site and remote support for new equipment, break/fix incidents, and a 24/7/365 work environment ensuring high customer service and technical proficiency.

The position requires DHS EOD and TS clearance eligibility, a bachelor’s degree with 6+ years experience, and strong AD, patch management, and ServiceNow skills. Travel locally within NCR is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD).
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• In-depth troubleshooting on Windows 11, Office, and browsers.
• Experience with patch management software (SCCM, InTune).
• Experience using ServiceNow for incidents and requests.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly (MS OS, DHS software).
• Advanced Active Directory management & administration.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Schedules desk-side support for software installs and break/fix activities.
• Sets up and configures new end-user equipment (laptops, printers, VTC, VOIP).
• Documents changes in ServiceNow to keep asset data current.
• Reviews pending tickets daily and updates DSS ticket details.
• Investigates and resolves connectivity issues related to IT equipment.
• Participates in site IT planning and MAC requirements.
• Supports end-user equipment lifecycle replacement and improvements.
