Tampa General Hospital, Crystal River campus is seeking a Clinical Nurse for the ED Hold. The role involves comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, discharge planning, and directing care teams on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include documentation, communication with the healthcare team, and ensuring patient education and safety align with policy. A Florida-licensed RN with BLS is required, with ACLS/PALS as preferred.

• Associate's Degree Nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses and analyzes the health status of patients in the assigned nursing unit. Performs and documents assessments per policy.
• Initiates discharge planning with initial admission assessment.
• Plans patient care in collaboration with the patient, family and health care team.
• Directs care team members within their scope of practice.
• Documents all patient care, including assessments, plan of care and interventions.
