Job summary

D&W Fine Pack LLC in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Maintenance Electronics/Controls Technician to maintain and troubleshoot packaging equipment on-site. You will apply electrical, PLC, and automation skills to support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience across electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and a two-year technical degree or equivalent apprenticeship. Strong reading and writing of English is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Advanced electrical ability.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Test and visually inspect machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment.
• Dismantle defective machines and install repaired parts.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus as determined by training and skill set of technician.
• Perform maintenance across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, HVAC, and PLC systems and follow GMPs.
