The role serves as the primary liaison with clients, subcontractors, foremen and internal teams to sustain momentum and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, business or related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in electrical construction, overseeing medium to large projects.
• Solid understanding of construction flow, PM management tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Strong leadership with track record of coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain technical information to stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate to on-site position (WA/OR region) and travel for site visits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with estimating to ensure smooth project transition and accurate scoping.
• Review project specs, drawings, and estimates; manage submittals and procurement.
• Coordinate with General Contractor to align objectives and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; ensure cost control and value.
• Conduct regular project meetings; communicate progress and resolve issues.
• Monitor milestones and resource needs; provide daily projections and updates.
