Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical school or relevant certifications a plus.
• Journeyman/Master Electrician license preferred but not required.
• 5+ years in electrical trade.
• 2+ years supervisory/foreman experience.
• Strong NEC knowledge.
• Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints/plans.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on-site.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Ensure work complies with local electrical codes and standards.
• Schedule inspections and manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman electricians.
• Maintain high safety standards and enforce safety protocols.
