Job summary

Albemarle Netherlands BV in Magnolia, AR, is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to support production and non-production units on-site. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing instruments, electrical and pneumatic equipment with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree in instrumentation or electrical and at least 3 years of field experience, plus strong teamwork, customer focus, and flexibility to work various shifts as

Qualifications

• Associate degree in instrumentation/electrical field.
• Minimum 3 years field experience in electrical and instrumentation.
• Working knowledge of process instrumentation and motor controls maintenance.
• Excellent people skills; customer focused and a team player.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays or shift schedule; respond to call outs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair instruments, electrical and pneumatic equipment and instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot problems related to electrical & instrumentation systems.
• Perform regular PM items for safety, ISO, environmental and critical instruments.
• Manage work orders and report time via SAP; purchase repair materials through SRM.
• Support projects by commenting on instrument specs, drawings and startups.
• Mark up as-built drawings reflecting field installations.
